/01 Do we need to be in Hong Kong? +
No. We work with clients across twelve markets, primarily asynchronously. Many long-term engagements operate entirely remotely. We schedule travel where it materially benefits the work.
/02 What does an engagement cost? +
Project engagements start at HK$120,000. Quarterly retainers start at HK$280,000. Embedded teams are priced on request. A formal proposal with itemised scope and assumptions is provided after the introductory call.
/03 How do you use AI in the work? +
AI is used to augment editorial, analytical and operational work — not to replace human judgment. We build private pipelines that operate inside your stack. The client retains ownership of all credentials, model weights, prompts and data. All systems are documented at handover.
/04 Can you start tomorrow? +
Most engagements begin two to four weeks after contract signature, to allow for proper onboarding and team alignment. We reserve one fast-start slot per quarter for time-sensitive briefs.
/05 What happens if it isn't working? +
The strategy document commits the engagement to specific KPIs at specific review points. Performance against those KPIs is reported monthly in writing. Where activity is consistently underperforming, it is reviewed, re-scoped or discontinued at the next quarterly review.
/06 Do you offer just one of the four? +
Yes. Many engagements begin as single-discipline projects and expand based on results. We do not require multi-service commitments and will recommend a single discipline where that is the appropriate starting point.
