HEADGATE TECHNOLOGY LTD is a Hong Kong–based digital marketing agency. We work with global brands across four core disciplines — applied AI, search, email and web — delivered as integrated programmes with a single point of accountability and a clear measurement framework.
The firm was founded on the principle that marketing investment should be evaluated like any other operating expense: against defined commercial objectives, with regular written reporting and independent auditability. We apply this standard whether we are running a single project or a multi-year programme.
AI features extensively in our work, but as a tool — not a product. We design private content pipelines, predictive audience models and on-site assistants that operate inside our clients' systems and remain governed by their teams. Ownership of all assets, models and data sits with the client.
We are deliberately small. Engagements are staffed by named senior practitioners; we do not rotate accounts through junior teams. Our preference is for long retained relationships measured against multi-year objectives, with clean handover at the conclusion of any engagement.
