§ 04.0 — Mechanics

Four phases, one programme.

Strategy — two weeks. Plan, scope and KPIs.

§ 04.5 / Principles NINE NON-NEGOTIABLES

Nine operating principles.

/01
Commercial accountability.

Every metric reported ladders to a commercial outcome. No vanity reporting.

/02
Clear communication.

Plain-language reporting suitable for finance and executive audiences.

/03
Measurement first.

Reporting infrastructure is established before campaign activity begins.

/04
Client ownership.

You retain ownership of all accounts, code, models and credentials.

/05
Dedicated teams.

A small, named team per engagement with a single point of accountability.

/06
Disciplined scope.

Underperforming activity is identified and discontinued at each review.

/07
Quality over volume.

Editorial standards held consistently across every channel and asset.

/08
Long-term view.

Programmes are designed and reviewed against multi-year horizons.

/09
Clean handover.

At engagement end, your team can operate the system independently.
